Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our services are supplied in Australia and are subject to mandatory consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees cannot be excluded and include that services will be rendered with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for their intended purpose.

If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re‑performance or refund depending on whether the failure is major.

Refunds & cancellations

Refunds are provided in accordance with the ACL. For major failures you may choose a refund or re‑service. For minor issues we will offer to remedy the problem in a reasonable time.

Cancellations by customers must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled mobile appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid services will be processed within 14 business days where applicable.

Warranty, limitations and exclusions

Perkplus may provide limited warranties for certain treatments (for example ceramic coating durations). Warranty details and applicable conditions are provided with each quote or invoice. Warranties do not apply where damage is caused by misuse, road hazards, extreme environmental exposure, or aftermarket modifications.

To claim a warranty, please retain your invoice and contact Perkplus within the stated warranty period.

Policy quick answers

We will notify you of delays and propose new arrangements. If a delay amounts to a major failure under the ACL you may elect a refund or re-performance.

We use reputable third‑party products. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available on request. Products are selected to meet Australian safety and environmental standards where practicable.

Except for non‑excludable consumer guarantees under the ACL, Perkplus's liability is limited to the price paid for the service. We are not liable for consequential losses unless required by law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at Perkplus@outlook.com or call +61 2 9472 6389. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and resolve them promptly.

If we cannot resolve the matter, you may contact Australian small business or consumer helplines, or pursue a complaint with the relevant state tribunal or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) where applicable.
